TAKEOUT TAXI's goal is to provide our valued customers with 100% satisfaction with our services and the meals provided by our partner restaurants. It is our desire to make all of our customers happy and to provide a positive experience when using our products and services.

Should you have a comment, concern  or complaint about our services, we will make every effort to make it right.  If your meal was not delivered within our company service parameters, or if the quality of your food was not up to our standards, we will offer an appropriate form and amount of consideration based on the circumstances and/or issue you a credit against future TAKEOUT TAXI purchases.

However, since TAKEOUT TAXI partners with many restaurants with varying refund/consideration policies, customers are respectfully requested, encouraged and required to contact us immediately upon receipt/delivery of your meal(s) in order to discuss any concern associated with your delivery. At this point TAKEOUT TAXI will have the maximum flexibility and capability to address/represent/advocate your concern. This is part our commitment to our valued customers and is an integral aspect of our customer service philosophy.

Conversely however, if customer contact is delayed for a period of time post-delivery, TAKEOUT TAXI will have very little recourse in representing your concern with our partner restaurants and/or the actual facts associated with your delivery may not readily available or easily ascertained; thus in such instances all sales may be deemed and considered final without consideration.

Gift Certificates and Gift Credits - These gifts are sold for your convenience and dining pleasure. All "Gift" sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. They may only be redeemed for Takeout Taxi goods and services within our defined delivery areas and may not be redeemed for cash or other monetary refund.
